2.5 Gallon Crack Filling Pour Pot
Filling asphalt cracks can be a messy job if your trying to pour the rubberized crackfiller from a bucket or bottle and many times you will pour excess material on the surface which creates unwanted waste.
Our hand held Pour Pot features stand up design, fingertip control valve, and heavy gauge steel construction and will hold 2.5 gallons of hot crack filler or cold crack filler and comes with two orifices allowing you to determine the amount of crack filler being disbursed, depending on the width of the crack.
Pour Pot includes reducers from 1" to 3/8" NPT
This 2.5 Gallon Crack Filler Pour Pot is designed to be used with one of our Flex Kettles making it very quick and easy to refill.
Simply pour melted hot or cold applied crackfill into the hand held pour pot and follow the crack keeping the funnel approximately 2" to 4" from the pavement surface, dribbling crackfill into the crack as needed to slightly overfill the crack.
After using our asphalt crack filler pour pot, use a Asphalt Crack Squeegee to trim and smooth the new crack filler as needed creating a band of new rubber about 3" wide which will seal the crack from moisture and dirt.
Sand can be sprinkled on the wet joint to add adhesion as well as to "Dull" the new rubber so the repaired crack blends in with the existing asphalt pavement. (This is optional)
Clean up is easy, simply heat the pour pot with a torch and melt away built up rubber allowing it to drain out orifice.

Works With Hot Or Cold Crackfiller
1/4", 3/8", and 1/2" Orifice Included
The answer to this depends on the type of material you're using: Hot Crack Filler or Cold Pour Crack Filler
Hot Crack Filler
If you're using a hot applied crack filler and filling the applicator using a stationary melter, then your best bet is to have a plumbers torch on hand (sold at your local hardware store) and burn off any rubber that might have built up during use or caused moving parts to seize up. Pour pots for example, will sometimes have the valve freeze up between usage. Simply heat up the left over rubber and this will free up the valve. We recommend draining these units of all rubber after the job is done and burn off any excess rubber ahead of time to make sure you're ready to go for the next use.
Cold Pour Crack Filler
Cold pour crack fillers are generally water based products which means you can easily just clean up with lots of clean water. In some cases, you might find a cold pour crack fill that is made from petroleum based products and these will require a cleaning agent such as mineral spirits or toluene. All of the cold pour crack filler we sell are water based so cleanup is super easy.
