Our BIG A SteelSkidPro 300 and SteelSkidPro 520 are both basically the same Asphalt Sealcoating System, with the exception of the capacity.

This asphalt steel tank sealcoating system comes in a 300-gallon capacity tank and is built to be a professional Asphalt Spray System, designed to last for years of trouble-free service.

• Our steel tanks have a double 22/22 splash lid and 22" opening allowing for easy tank wash, using the built-in 2" drain.
• We use a Honda Engine with a Hypro / Banjo cast-iron pump with a built-in oil alert.
• Included is 50'of high pressure hose, 6' aluminum wand, and 80/50 spray tip.
• Our aluminum wand includes a 3/4" brass ball valve and Easy Cushion Grip and is held by the built-in Wand Rack that is welded to the tank.
• We use only new steel tanks made of 11 GA steel and new components.

These Asphalt Sealcoating System sprayers utilize centrifugal by-pass circulation that really works like an industrial dishwasher.

This sealcoating system is capable of delivering 30-65 psi at the spray wand (depending on pump idle speed and product mix).

We HIGHLY recommend flushing your sealcoating system regularly to ensure proper pump pressure and minimize pump damage caused by dried-out sealant in the pump components. You can purchase a Flush-Kit HERE or build your own using our kit component diagram.

Our secret in obtaining a uniform sealcoat mix is our exclusive Three Paddle Manual Rake agitation that is built into every ASD steel tank system we sell as Standard equipment.
Our three paddle rake system mixes the sealer inside the tank, giving you very consistent mixing action while the cast iron pump impeller breaks up larger clumps in the seal coat mix, much like a blender action.

We use heavy duty 5.5 HP Honda engine with cast-iron and stainless-steel Hypro / Banjo pumps that utilize Viton Mechanical Seals, allowing for abrasive applications. While other brands of pumps are unrepairable, your new pump has a replaceable seal, minimizing your downtime if you should require seal replacement.
