Airport Our BIG-A PolySkid Super 325-gallon sealcoat spray system fills the gap between our Transfer Pump PolySkidPro Series and our PolySkidPlus Series, offering you a High-Pressure sealcoat spray system with mechanical hand agitation, and meets the needs of the professional as well as the novice at a very affordable price.
This sealcoat spray system is equipped with a Puma 8-gallon 5.5 HP Honda air system that delivers 150 PSI and 13.8 CFM and an industrial 1" Iwaki Diaphragm Pump*, which allows you to spray heavy sand loads and maintain a constant 75 PSI at the tip.
Also included is our 100' Cox hose reel and 100' of 250PSI spray hose, which includes a 6' 3/4" aluminum wand and one 80/40 spray tip.
Our SuperPoly Sealcoat Spray System also includes our exclusive "Poly-Rake" hand agitation, as well, giving you the ability for full sweep tank agitation, and you have the available option of adding our exclusive three paddle rubber paddle agitation as well.
Our Strainer basket on this sealcoat spray system includes a #6 mesh stainless screen, which is easy to remove for cleaning.
We HIGHLY recommend flushing your sealcoating system regularly to ensure proper pump pressure and minimize pump damage caused by dried-out sealant in the pump components. You can purchase a Flush-Kit HERE or build your own using our kit component diagram.
These systems are mounted on full steel skids for maximum stability and safety and are easily bolted down to a trailer or truck bed.
