BIG-A SteelSkid Plus 300 Gallon Pavement Sealcoat System

Our BIG A SteelSkid Plus 300 pavement sealcoat system is available as a 300-gallon steel skid system and comes standard with many great features.

This Pavement Sealcoat System BIG A SteelSkid Plus 300 is our 300-gallon steel tank sealcoat system that includes hydraulic agitation and high-pressure spraying capabilities.

We begin this Sealcoating Skid system with an “All New” 11-gauge side wall and 7-gauge head steel tank and weld the entire tank into a full steel skid which offers excellent “Anti Tip” protection after it's bolted to your tank vehicle.

A 22” double lid steel Manway is installed into the tank, offering “No Splash” protection when traveling down rough roads and allowing easy access to the interior of the tank for regular maintenance and repair. We also install handy Lift Hooks at both ends of the tank, which allow for easy lifting from one vehicle to another.

This Pavement Sealcoat System uses Hydraulic Agitation powered from a three-cylinder Puma/Honda Electric Start Air Compressor that delivers up to 150 PSI at 20 CFM, and the Spray System is run from our 1-1/2” Dual Diaphragm Iwaki Pump. Yamada pumps do not require oil, so this is one less maintenance task you need to worry about.

This sealcoat system is capable of producing up to 140 PSI at the spray tip at constant spray operation with the hydraulic agitation running. We also install a Hydraulic Pressure Compensator, allowing you full control over tank paddle torque. Agitation Paddles are offset and balanced, maximizing mixing action.

The hydraulic directional control valve gives the operator three-position control for forward, neutral, and reverse when tank agitation is not needed, and we install an extra-large hydraulic oil tank with an included filter.  Connected to the hydraulics is our "Full Sweep" 3 paddle rubber wiper system for maximum agitation within the tank.

We HIGHLY recommend flushing your sealcoating system regularly to ensure proper pump pressure and minimize pump damage caused by dried-out sealant in the pump components. You can purchase a Flush-Kit HERE or build your own using our kit component diagram.

All ball valves are heavy-duty brass construction, and the tank strainer is 1-1/2" gallon steel with an 11/64" steel basket. Also included is our deluxe 6' Aluminum Spray Wand that includes soft cushion grips and a spray tip. We wrap 100' of 250 PSI spray hose on the built-in Cox Hose Reel and even offer an electric reel as an option. This Sealcoating skid system also includes a heavy-duty battery.
