The Titan PowrLiner 855 Line Striper is a reasonably priced airless striper that gives your field striping or pavement striping a professional look while being easy to use. Its ultra-lightweight design reduces fatigue and makes storage a snap! The spray gun detaches, allowing you to easily paint stencils.

NOTE: Only use water-based paint with this line marking machine. Oil-based paint will clog the tips and pump. If you need to spray oil or solvent-based paints, we recommend moving up to the PowrLiner 2850 Line Striper or the super popular Titan PowrLiner 3500.
New for the PowrLiner 855 is the addition of the front caster lock & release cable, shipped from the factory as part of the unit. In the past, Titan sold this as a separate "must-have" add-on accessory for the PowrLiner 850 unit and honestly had us and a lot of customers scratching their heads wondering why it wasn't just part of the unit. Now it is!
What exactly is the caster assembly? The PowrLiner 855 has a swiveling front wheel and a locking mechanism to keep the wheel straight so it doesn't move. This release assembly gives you a hand control cable that will move the lock out of the way and let you turn the wheel, all from the handlebars.
If you own the older PowrLiner 850 and don't have the caster relase cable for your machine but want one, we do sell the part number 0293970 separately.
Rotating Front Wheel
The PowrLiner 855 has a rotating front wheel that allows you to keep all three wheels on the ground while you paint arcs and circles. The 360º swivel caster front wheel allows you to turn the unit with ease or it is lockable so you can spray straight lines, giving you the best of both worlds.
Detachable Spray Gun
The PowrLiner 855 allows you to easily paint stencils and curbs. You can detach the spray gun from the striping unit and with roughly 25' of hose, it allows you to move freely around the unit. If stencils or curbs are your money makers, then the PL855 has you covered.
PSI Variable Pressure Output
The PowrLiner 855 comes with a pressure valve that allows you to adjust the pressure down to around 400 PSI or up to the maximum of 3000 PSI. Being able to adjust the pressure will let you use the PL855 on grass fields without worrying about damaging the grass, or you can just as easily use it on pavement surfaces.
Piston Auto Oiler
One additional feature is that the PowrLiner 855 has is an auto oiling piston setup. There is a small reservoir you can fill up with piston-lube, then you press a button to get a shot of oil to lube up the piston.
This product comes with a 2 year (24 month) limited warranty from the time of purchase.

Short Answer: Yes - Simply angle the entire gun to the proper degree and distance from curb. Practice first by lining up the spray pattern with the curb using a drop cloth to achieve proper gun positioning. Once this is mastered, pull the drop cloth away and start painting.
