The PowrLiner 850 has a 360º rotating front caster with a built-in locking mechanism to keep the wheel facing forward. This accessory is a release cable that will unlock/lock the front wheel at-will, from the handlebar controls.
Once the Titan Wheel Caster Release Cable (Part number: 0293970 ) is installed, you can lock the wheel in the forward position or unlock it for arcs and corners with ease.
This kit includes the handlebar trigger with accompanying hardware for mounting and the cable that is routed to the front of the PL850 for activating the locking mechanism.
The wheel caster release assembly kit we sell is the OEM product made by Titan Tool and guaranteed to work with the PowrLiner 850.
If you've purchased the PowrLiner 855 that was released in 2026, it includes the caster wheel lock and no longer requires this as a separate accessory.
