Airport Our BIG A PolySkidPro225 Pavement Sealcoat Machine is one of our most popular Pavement Seal Coating Machines that we offer because of its available options and the compact design, as well as the overall weight. This pavement sealcoat machine will easily fit on a compact trailer, making it an ideal unit for new sealcoat businesses starting out.
This system is the smaller version of our BIG A PolySkidPro325 and 525 systems and will hold enough sealcoat to spray an area up to 22,500 square feet.
The standard system features our exclusive two paddle PolyRake Manual Hand Agitation and our 5.5 Honda Engine with Hypro / Banjo cast iron pump for pumping abrasive mixtures.
This 225-gallon Pavement Sealcoat Machine also includes a tank strainer, which is designed to minimize clogged spray tips. The tank is built into a full steel skid and can be bolted into your truck or trailer.
We HIGHLY recommend flushing your sealcoating system regularly to ensure proper pump pressure and minimize pump damage caused by dried-out sealant in the pump components. You can purchase a Flush-Kit HERE or build your own using our kit component diagram.
The system is shown here mounted on a single axle 3500LB 5' x 10' trailer, and you still have enough room up front for a melter, blower, brush box, and hand tools*.
*Brush Box and Hand Tools are optional equipment. Trailer must be sourced separately.
This Pavement Seal Coating Machine easily fits into the back of a 3/4 ton pickup because it's only 45" wide and 72" long and weighs 2,500 LBS full.
This product comes with a 1 year (12 month) limited warranty from the time of purchase.
