Using our 2.5 gallon Asphalt Crack Filler Pour Pot is the easy way to apply Hot or Cold Rubberized Crack Filler into asphalt cracks.

Asphalt Sealcoating Direct offers several ways filling asphalt cracks depending on the application

Our Pour Pot features stand up design, fingertip control valve, and heavy gauge steel construction and will hold 2.5 gallons of hot crack filler or cold crack filler and comes with two orifices allowing you to determine the amount of crack filler being disbursed, depending on the width of the crack.

Pour Pot includes reducers from 1" to 3/8" NPT

This Crack Filler Pour Pot is designed to be used with one of our Flex Kettles making it very quick and easy to refill.

Simply pour melted hot or cold applied crackfill into the pot and follow the crack keeping the funnel approximately 2" to 4" from the pavement surface, dribbling crackfill into the crack as needed to slightly overfill the crack.

Use our Asphalt Crack Squeegee to trim and smooth the new crack filler as needed creating a band of new rubber about 3" wide which will seal the crack from moisture and dirt.

Sand can be sprinkled on the wet joint to add adhesion as well as to "Dull" the new rubber so the repaired crack blends in with the existing asphalt pavement. (This is optional)

Clean up is easy, simply heat pot with a torch and melt away built up rubber allowing it to drain out orifice.
