PolySkidPro 525 Sealcoating Machine

Our PolySkidPro 525 asphalt Seal Coat Sprayer is the largest PolySkid we offer with a 525 gallon tank and it is the larger version of our PolySkidPro 325 series.

Hand agitation using our exclusive "Paddle Rake" system is standard equipment in the PolySkidPro series and we can include a skid-mounted Hose Reel as an optional up-grade.

We use a 1-1/8" steel agitation shaft to ensure you years of trouble free service and break-away hoses with cam-lock ends allowing for easy cleaning.

This Asphalt Seal Coat Sprayer can be mounted to a flat surface but because it only weighs 490 LBS empty, it can easily be moved from vehicle to trailer.

Our 525 gallon polyethylene tank is mounted on a full steel skid with our built-in "PolyRake" hand agitation and Easy Clean Strainer.

This seal coat sprayer includes our 5.5 Honda/Banjo cast iron transfer pump system which includes stainless steel components. Read more about our Honda/Banjo Cast-Iron Pump and Sealcoat Pump Selection.

Break-Away 2" cam-lock hoses with Kanaflex Oil Resistant recirculation hoses are used for easy cleaning and allowing for easy system maintenance.

Our PolySkidPro 525 Seal Coat Sprayer comes standard with our "Easy Clean Strainer" assembly (See Picture) which helps eliminate tip plugging, and we build-in a "Flush Port" which allows you to draw seal coat from another tank or water for pump rinsing allowing for easy clean-up.

As you already may be aware, coal tar and Asphalt emulsion seal coat will not stick to polyethylene like it will to steel. This is a big advantage over using a steel tank spray system. However we also understand that some sealcoaters just want a steel tank system and this is why we offer our ASD Steel Tank Line.

We realize that our customers want a professional looking tank and this is why we offer heavy duty poly tanks. Our seal coat tanks are designed for years of service. These tanks are 1/4" nominal thick giving you years of trouble free service.

They look like steel tanks, work better than steel tanks, are lighter than steel tanks and are less to purchase than steel tanks!

It's no wonder that our PolySkid Series has been our biggest selling asphalt seal coat sealer spray unit.
