Carl Morris started his Asphalt Equipment manufacturing company more than twenty five years ago in his garage where he and his partner built Asphalt Hot Boxes, and Infrared Pavement Heaters selling them at trade shows and eventually created a network of wholesale distributors that sold his products.

Carl created a business that spanned fourteen countries and created patents on Infrared Patchers that several companies continue to produce today. Carl even invented and built an affordable Asphalt Heat Lance that out performs most of the heat lances on the marked today.

Carl sold his business in 2005 and enjoyed four years of retirement and is now President and an owner in M&M Distribution LLC which oversees Asphalt Sealcoating Direct.Com and several other On-Line business'.

Carl is the President of M&M Distribution and oversees all sales including on-line and through our independent reps.

Brads background is conventional business, employing many people over the years, and owning a wholesale distribution company that spanned several states.

In 2002, Brad became frustrated with the conventional aspect of the wholesale distribution business he had built and began to look toward internet based business models and decided to make a big change in how he ran his business. Brad is the CEO of M&M Distribution and heads up the marketing and all product sourcing.

Phil oversees all of the Web Master operations as well as the On-Line aspects of the company. Phil's knowledge is unsurpassed in the world of On-line commerce and web site construction. Phil oversees all of the the company's websites and is the secretary of M&M Distribution.
