Our ASD325 and ASD550 are both basically the same Asphalt Sealcoating System with the exception of the capacity.
This ASD325 steel tank Sealcoat Sprayer comes in a 325 gallon capacity tank and built to be a professional Asphalt Spray sealcoating System, designed to last for years of trouble free service.
- Our steel tanks have a double 20/20 splash lid and 20" opening allowing for easy tank wash, using the built-in 2" drain.
- We use a Sterling Industrial gasoline engine with a built-in oil alert.
- Included is 50' of high pressure hose, 48" steel wand and 80/40 spray tip.
- Our steel wand includes a brass ball valve.
- We use only new steel tanks made of 11 GA steel and new components.

These Asphalt Sealcoating System sprayers utilize by-pass circulation that really works like an industrial dishwasher.
These are medium pressure centrifugal systems that do not require hand agitation, but can be added if requested for an additional charge.

It simply moves sealer from the bottom of the tank to the surface using an industrial transfer pump, which at the same time keeps the asphalt sealcoating stirred up and in motion giving you a very uniform mix.
30-65 psi is delivered at spray wand (depending on pump idle speed and product mix.

Our secret in obtaining a uniform sealcoat mix is our exclusive diffuser mister that is built into every ASD steel tank system we sell as standard equipment. This diffuser diffuses the spray inside the tank in a uniform pattern giving you very consistent mixing action while the cast iron pump impeller breaks up larger clumps in the seal coat mix much like a Blender action.
If you use sand in your mix, your in luck because this sealcoat system works great with sand, we recommend that you use a latex additive of course and use the correct spray tip.

Add a Brush Box to keep your sealcoat wand and brooms moist.
We use heavy duty Sterling 6.6 HP pumps that utilize cast iron impellers and Viton Mechanical seals allowing for abrasive application. While other brands of pumps are unrepairable, Your new Sterling pump has a replaceable seal, minimizing your down time if you should require seal replacement.
We even include an extra seal with your purchase at no additional charge!
