BIG-A SteelSkid Plus 520 Gallon Steel Sealcoat Machine

Our full-featured BIG-A SteelSkid Plus 520 Sealcoat Machine is one of our most popular systems because of the excellent value it provides.

The BIG-A SteelSkid Plus 520 sealcoat machine starts with a 520-gallon, 11-gauge steel tank, and we add additional steel plates on the end caps, making the ends 7 gauge.

We built in a 22" steel Manway with a double splash lid, making for easy tank access and filling. The Manway has an expanded metal grate offering maximum safety offered on a sealcoat machine.

This is a Full Sweep Hydraulic Agitation system offering you forward, reverse, and neutral paddle direction, and we also install a pressure-flow compensator, giving you complete control of the hydraulic pressure and paddle torque.

• The wiper system on this steel sealcoat machine is a three-paddle design, which incorporates three offset paddles that use neoprene rubber
• The air system is a Honda / Pump 8-gallon twin tank compressor that delivers 20 CFM and 150 PSI and includes an electric start and 12 Volt battery.
• We include a 1-1/2 gallon steel strainer with an 11/64" steel basket, as well as a freshwater suction.
• Our ASD550H Sealcoat Machine is equipped with our premium Cox hose reel and 100' of 250PSI 3/4" spray hose and a 6' 3/4" aluminum spray wand with 80/40 tip and brass ball valve.
• Spray pressure is supplied from a 1-1/2" Dual Diaphragm Iwaki Pump,* which has a built-in regulator allowing for spray pressures up to 150PSI.

We HIGHLY recommend flushing your sealcoating system regularly to ensure proper pump pressure and minimize pump damage caused by dried-out sealant in the pump components. You can purchase a Flush-Kit HERE or build your own using our kit component diagram.
