ASE ThermoMark HandLiner 300 has all of the great features you would expect to get in a more expensive thermoplastic marking machine. It is built with extremely durable aluminum construction and features an insulated reservoir to keep the material at optimal application temperature. This unique modular design makes this Thermoplastic Line Striping Machine the preferred thermoplastic applicator with professionals throughout the industry.

Available as a single drop or double drop with a 300-gallon material reservoir and several dies to choose from.  This allows you to customize your machine for your particular line striping needs. Its three-wheel design allows for 360-degree radius turns increasing maneuverability in tight spaces making it ideal for intersections and crosswalks or any applications that where tight turns are necessary.

An efficient twin Ransome 40,000 burner and Honeywell gas and ignition system make up the main heating system, and while the onboard heating system will melt the material, it's highly recommended that you pre-heat the thermoplastic material in a pre-heater first like our Fastmelt 650 Thermoplastic Melter. This method ensures that your 300 Handliner will easily maintain the needed application temperature while applying the material. This 300 Handliner is the larger version of our popular 250 Thermoplastic Marking Machine but has a larger material capacity.
