This Handliner has many added features that you might not expect to get at such a great price.
It incorporates an insulated reservoir which will keep up to 250 lbs of material warm much easier, especially on cooler windy days. The ASE HandLiner 250 is built from aluminum making it much lighter compared to competitive models which are usually constructed from stainless steel making them very heavy and bulky. The dual front brakes and rear swivel wheels make it easy to handle and maneuver, making it ideal for striping intersections, crosswalks, and areas that require a 360-degree turning radius. Its bolt-together design allows for modular updates and repairs too.
The ASE Thermomark HandLiner incorporates a propane duel 40,000 BTU twin Ransome main burner with a Honeywell gas control valve. While you can use this heating system to heat the material, it's recommended that you pre-melt the material in a thermoplastic melting kettle like our Titan FastMelt 650 first. This method will ensure that your HandLiner 250 will easily keep up and only needs to keep the material warm between re-fills.
The manual agitation gravity hopper holds up to 250 lbs of material and utilizes an infrared die heater, and will produce lines between 4” to 12”. We also offer our Thermoplastic Line Striping Machine in a larger 300-gallon model.
