BIG-A SteelSkid Plus 1000 Gallon Seal Coat Machine

Our BIG A SteelSkid Plus 1000 is a 1000-gallon asphalt seal coat machine, and the largest spray system we offer. It has many great features at no additional cost, making this system an unbeatable value. This system starts with a 1000-gallon tank that is completely welded into a steel skid to minimize possible roll-overs due to liquid in the tank moving from side to side. You will need to install this tank with permanent fasteners to your truck or trailer.

The agitation paddle shaft is built from a 1-1/2" solid shaft, and the 18" reinforced rubber paddles are located every 90 degrees, giving your four (4) paddles that deliver a very smooth tank sweep on this professional asphalt seal coat machine. We also add a handy tank ladder to allow for safe and easy access to the top of the tank for servicing and cleaning. Our double splash lid allows for easy interior maintenance access and minimizes sealer splashing out of the tank while the tank is being agitated and in transit. We also add handy rubber locks on the lid to keep it closed.

Our 1000-gallon seal coat machine utilizes our premium Iwaki dual-diaphragm pump, which is easy to clean and easy to service (we offer all of the common replacement diaphragms and components). This pump is running from a 30-gallon air compressor, which also operates the hydraulic system. We use a large 1.2-gallon strainer with a removable 11/64 stainless basket for extended operating times between cleanings. This machine includes a manual hose reel with 100' of 250PSI spray hose and our premium 6' aluminum wand with a brass ball valve and cushion grips. We also include a handy air compressor accessory hose kit at no additional charge.

We HIGHLY recommend flushing your sealcoating system regularly to ensure proper pump pressure and minimize pump damage caused by dried-out sealant in the pump components. You can purchase a Flush-Kit HERE or build your own using our kit component diagram.
