Asphalt Crack Sealer Applicator
Using Asphalt Crack Sealer to properly fill cracks in pavement prior to applying new sealcoating is easily the most important aspect of proper asphalt maintenance. Our 10 Gallon Asphalt Crack Machine is designed for single operator use and weighs only 110 Lbs and pushes easily on a solid surface because it sits on three solid steel wheels. The front wheel is a swivel wheel allowing for random crack filling (See the video).
This crackfilling machine utilizes a tubular valve design allowing the operator to control the flow of Hot Pour Rubber by simply adjusting the hand operated pull rod.
One man using our Asphalt Crack Sealer can fill up to 6000 Lineal feet of pavement crack up to 1/2" wide and 1" deep per day. This is one of the biggest reasons professionals prefer to use our asphalt crack machine as it eliminates the need for bulky equipment, squeegees and extra man power.
This machine is built tough with 14 gauge steel and 1/8" thick steel wheels. It incorporates an "In-shot Burner" design allowing you to easily store it and use it to flash heat your valve in colder weather.
Mechanical agitation is extremely important helping to keep the melted rubber mixed thoroughly and as you can tell by the below video, you can easily agitate the material with the built-in agitation bar.
This system comes complete with LP regulator, 4' hose and thermometer, all you will need is Hot Pour Rubber (Direct Fire) and a 20 LB bottle of propane and you're ready to fill cracks.
