Asphalt Primer

    Asphalt primers are similar to using a paint primer. They aid in helping various products adhere better to the asphalt surface. Primers are generally a very watered down by product of sealer with additional additives to make the primer sticky so pot hole patch, alligator patch or sealcoat will stick to the asphalt better. When choosing a primer, we recommend sticking with the same base ingredients such as "asphalt emulsion" base or "coal tar" base. We currently only sell an asphalt emulsion primer.
