Step-by-Step Application Guide: Prep the Area: Clean out the pothole or damaged area completely and remove any standing water. Loosen the Material: Open the pail, remove the inner bag, and knead it on the ground to break up the contents. Pour the loosened material back into the pail for easy access. Level the Patch: Pour or shovel the product directly into the repair area. Use a rake, board, or shovel edge to level it, leaving the material 0.5 to 1 inch higher than the surrounding surface to allow for compaction.

Activate with Water: Douse the patch thoroughly with water, ensuring it penetrates evenly to activate the ingredients internally.

Tamp Down: Firmly tamp the entire repair to achieve maximum compaction and density.

Curing Note: The patch begins setting in 10 to 15 minutes and is fully hardened and traffic-ready after 1 hour. If you plan to sealcoat over the repair, wait 24 hours to allow all residual moisture to escape.
