Prep the Area: Clean out the pothole and remove any standing water. Loosen the Material: Open the pail, take out the inner bag, and knead it on the ground to break up and loosen the material. Dump the material back into the pail for easy access. Level the Patch: Pour the product directly into the hole (or use a shovel for smaller areas) and use a rake, board, or shovel edge to level it out. Leave the material about 1/2 inch to 1 inch higher than the surrounding surface to account for compaction. Activate with Water: Douse the repair thoroughly with water, spreading it evenly so it drains through and activates the ingredients internally. Tamp Down: Firmly tamp the repair to ensure full compaction.

Cure Time: The patch will begin setting in 10 to 15 minutes and will be fully hardened and traffic-ready after 1 hour. (If sealcoating over the repair, wait 24 hours to ensure all moisture has escaped).
