The PPG PreMark XF series of preformed thermoplastic uses a newer blend of polymers that allow it to be installed in almost any temperature, unlike the original PreMark series that became very brittle in cooler weather. The PreMarkXF series is extremely pliable and allows you to handle it without worry, saving time and frustration on the jobsite.

This White 18 inch by 3 foot straight line has a 90mil thickness for demanding needs and maximum durability, along with embedded glass beads (Beaded) for maximum reflectivity.

If you are a state that requires the original PreMark series because it's on the approved product list, we offer it through phone sales only. We recommend contacting your DOT supervisor in charge of the product approval list for testing and approving the PreMark XF as a superior product to the original.

PreMark Sealer For Concrete

Ennis-Flint PreMark and PreMark XF preformed thermoplastics must have a primer applied prior to using on concrete.

Preformed thermoplastics will bond just fine with the bitumen oils in asphalt but concrete doesn't have a binder to bond with. If you don't use a sealer with concrete you risk the preformed popping off the concrete.

Choose between a 1-part sealer or 2-part sealer depending on how big the job is and how much sealer you will need.

For all projects where there is plenty of time for cleanup and application, we recommend the 1-part sealer.

For small projects and patch jobs where time is important, the 2-part sealer might make the most sense but does require a special applicator.
