Banjo High Quality Sealcoating 2 Inch Centrifugal Pump - 200PIH-5 Equivalent

Looking for a high quality centrifugal pump for sealcoating applications? Check out our 2 inch Banjo setup with a 5.5HP Honda motor that is the same as purchasing the Banjo 200PIH-5.

Where this product differs is that the Banjo 200PIH-5 is the part number that includes both the pump and impeller hooked together from the factory.  Instead, we purchase the items individually for manufacturing purposes on a variety of our tanks.  It's the exact same thing as what you would receive from the factory, it's just not put together at the factory.

What we ship out, is each component in two separate boxes for shipping weight purposes. You will have to put this together once you receive it.  We have a great video (see below) that shows how to assemble them and takes maybe 15 - 20 minutes with some elbow grease.  Combined, these weigh around 85 lbs which is too heavy for UPS and has to go freight.  This saves you money in the long run, however if you want them combined and shipped LTL freight, feel free to call and get an accurate quote +1(800) 689-2098

Enough of the disclaimer, what you'll get with this sealcoating pump setup is the Banjo 200POI centrifugal cast iron pump with cast iron impeller with a Viton seal containing a carbon washer, ceramic stationery and stainless steel metal spring & housing.

For the engine, you'll receive the horizontal shaft Honda GX160 Industrial hand crank engine that comes complete with a low oil warning light.

We have sold this setup for well over a decade and have had extremely good luck with service and longevity provided the pump housing is properly flushed during seasonal use, they are not run dry (ALWAYS Prime the pump before use) and they are not pumping sealers with hardeners that cause extremely high viscosities.

You are more than welcome to purchase the pump or engine separately, but this product is designed to help you save a little money when buying them together as a unit.
