These cones are non-collared cones (no reflective tape) making them a completely solid orange construction cone that can be used for all sorts of low traffic needs.  We recommend these cones for schools, colleges, small municipalities or even construction crews on a budget who need temporary cones but don't care about reflective tape or tall visibility.

Also standard on the Revolution Series is a unique indention handle at the top of the cone that makes it easier to pick up or hold onto when stacking or setting out.
