M&M Distributions Policies and Guidelines

Our priority is to completely satisfy our customer and offer the highest level of customer service in the industry.

We commit to you, that we will do our best to fill your need, regardless if you just have a question or need to place an order.


Hours Of Operation:

Our phones are answered from 8AM to 7PM Eastern US Time Monday through Friday and 8AM until 12PM on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays and for all USA National Holidays.

If we are with a customer and you leave a message, You Can Expect A Return Call Within A Few Minutes.


Shipping And Freight Quote Policy:

Our primary freight carrier is Estes Express Lines however we use several freight brokers to insure you receive the very best freight prices we can get. If you have a company that gives you a discount then we will use them if possible.

Many of our products have freight calculated at the time of check-out and that cost will be added to your final cost when you check-out.

All "Freight Included" products on our site are only offered in the north 48 contiguous USA States. If you live outside the continental 48 USA states or require International Shipping, we will gladly give you an exact freight quote, we do not mark up the shipping cost, you will pay whatever it costs us. We will pass our freight discount on to you helping you save money on the freight.

If you need residential delivery or Tail-Gate service, there will be an additional charge of $75.00 added to the final cost.

Even though our "Real Time" Freight Calculator is very accurate, there may be isolated situations where the freight calculator returns an inaccurate quote. We will contact you if this happens and we reserve the right to re-quote your freight and we will refund the entire amount of your purchase if you want to cancel your order.


Damaged Freight Policy:

It is your responsibility to check the freight for damage before the truck leaves your delivery spot and have the truck driver notate the bill of lading about the damage. YOU MUST NOTIFY US WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE DAMAGE.


Additional Delivery Charges

Shipping prices are quoted to your business, and assuming you have a dock and a way to unload the shipment. Please be advised that additional charges may apply if the freight is shipped to your home or residential area.

If you need residential delivery or Tail-Gate service, there will be an additional charge of $75.00 added to the final cost.


Payment Policy:

We may require payment in full before your item is sent.

Exceptions may include Po's with Municipality's, School Systems and Recreation Organizations.

No refunds will be made on equipment after the assembly process has started however we will attempt to help you sell the product to another customer helping you get your money back but please be aware that there is no guarantee that your merchandise will be sold.

We accept all major credit cards, Pay Pal, Cashiers checks and Personnel Checks (It must clear your bank first).

All prices are USD currency.

Sales tax may be required for Kansas residents unless you can provide a tax number for resale.


Warranty and Equipment Specifications:

All of our products carry a minimum of 180 day warranty** on parts and labor from the purchase date and additional warranty may apply depending on the manufacture.

**All Transfer Pump shaft seals have a 30 day warranty with the exception of our Banjo Pump which carries 12 months. Rebuilt Banjo Pumps may be used as a replacement for your Banjo warranty pump.

We may decide to send you a replacement part, or have you return the item here for servicing, or we may decide to have it serviced in your local area by a qualified service company that we agree on.

No warranty is implied for lost wages or work due to In- Warranty equipment failure.

Please note:

All equipment specifications and policy changes are subject to change without notice even though we make every effort to keep our web site up-dated. Please discuss specifications and questions regarding our policy's with your salesperson before making final order.


Return Policy
A 20% return charge will be charged to all "Non Damaged" merchandise unless you have made special prior arrangements with our sales department and you will be responsible for the shipping cost. Only items that are unopened and in the original packaging may be returned unless the item is damaged upon arrival to the customer. A refund will be given only after the buyer has shipped the item back and we inspect the item for damage. A return authorization form will be provided to the buyer and must be completely filled out and returned with the item. If the buyer wants to purchase another item, payment is required in full and we will credit the buyers account after we receive the returned item.
Refunds are only issued on "NEW" and "Unused Equipment" that has not been used.


Warranty Parts Replacements
If you have an item that is under warranty and need replacement parts, we offer two options:

  1. We will send you a shipping label for the return shipping costs. After we inspect the item and confirm the defect, we will then send you a replacement part.
  2. We can take your credit card information and send you a replacement part, when we confirm the defect we will credit the charges to your credit card. (This option is the fastest if you need your equipment working quickly).
