Definite Warranty Disclaimer
Lack-of Warranty Reason
With legalities out of the way, we feel it’s important for you to understand why we don’t have a warranty on our products. The Big A products, while made to be quality materials, still need to be applied properly in order to work properly. We can’t control the customer (you) to read all necessary documentation and take all necessary steps to ensure the repair environment is in the optimum condition for using the Big A products. For example, oxidized asphalt needs primer in order for the sealer to bond properly to the oxidized surface. If you don’t put primer down first and the sealer comes up as a result, we can’t warranty it. Or, if you don’t clean out cracks in your asphalt and then use the Big A crack filler, it wasn't applied correctly and we can’t warranty it. Another example is a customer who purchases a water based Big A product, lets it sit over the wintertime in a freezing environment, then calls to complain the next summer when it doesn’t work right.
It is easier for us not having an explicit warranty on our products, than to go through every situation where the instructions were not followed and as a result, the product didn’t hold up during the "warranty" period.
Now that you understand why we don’t warranty the Big A products, what you do need to understand is that we stand behind our products. If you use any of the Big A products and you don’t feel that it held up to your expectations, we will take your concerns seriously and make sure to investigate why the product did not perform to your satisfaction. Our warranty promise to you, is that we will do everything we can to make it right. In the end, we value that you our customer, remains happy.
If you have problems with the product because of shipping or improper packaging issues, we will be more than happy to replace the product or work with you to ensure you are satisfied.
