Seal Coating Machine PolySkid 525 Plus

Our PolySkid 525 Plus is possibly the best value available anywhere for a system that has so many standard features. This system is similar to our PolySkid Super but we have added several features to this system making it a full featured spray system, but costing thousands of dollars less than our competitors similar systems.

This Seal Coating Machine utilizes our 525 gallon molded 1/4" thick polyethylene tank, which is banded and bolted into a full steel skid offering you maximum stability and anti tip safety. Our research tells us that Polyethylene is easier to clean than steel tanks because the tank repels the seal coat liquid and it will not stick like it would to a steel tank.

These tanks are also lighter, they will not rust and cost less to purchase making them very appealing to the professional Sealcoater that wants the professional look and functionality but is interested in saving money on his equipment.

Our Hydraulic Agitation system consists of our exclusive offset three paddle rake design which thoroughly mixes your sealer.

This agitation is full sweep offering the operator forward, reverse and neutral all controlled form the hydraulic agitation valve. The agitation drive shaft is 11/4" and is housed with two flange bearings that have grease zerks included.

The hydraulic pump is ran from our 8 HP Honda GX industrial engine which also runs the air system for the 1-1/2" Yamada Diaphragm Pump* delivering up to 150PSI of constant spray pressure.

You will receive 100' of 250PSI Good Year spray hose along with our Cox manual hose reel and our deluxe 6'X 3/4" aluminum spray wand including an 80/30 tip and brass shut-off valve.

Our air system is powered by a Puma / Honda 8 gallon system that includes a three cylinder pump offering pressures up to 150 PSI and 20 CFM and includes an electric starter with battery.

We use a large strainer and basket allowing the operator to run longer cycles without stopping for basket cleaning and we mount a 23" steel "Double Splash Lid" man hole on the tank for easy access to the tank interior allowing for easy cleaning and service.
