Sealcoating Machine PolySkid 325 Plus

This is the smaller version of our PolySkid525 Plus seal coating machine and includes all of the same features with the exception of the tank capacity.

It's easier than ever to afford a Sealcoating Machine System that has all of the features that you want and need including our three paddle full sweep hydraulic agitation system.

Our research shows that sealcoat emulsion and coal tar will not stick to the Poly tank as severely as a steel tank) and we mount the tank into a full steel skid, banding it with two large bands that are then bolted to the skid.

This creates a system that is easily bolted to your vehicle and creating excellent "Anti Tip" stability.

Our Honda Puma electric start air compressor with 12 volt battery will easily power the 1-1/2" dual diaphragm Yamada Pump that delivers up to 150 PSI and 20 CFM of constant spray pressure.

Our Hydraulics include a 5 gallon hydraulic tank with filter and control valve allowing forward and reverse with neutral positions for the agitation system.

Our PolySkid 325 Plus Sealcoating Machine also comes standard with 100' Cox Hose Reel wrapped with 100' of 250PSI spray hose and our deluxe 6' X 3/4" spray wand with 80/40 tip and brass ball valve.

The tank lid is constructed from steel and 23" square and has a double splash lid making it easy to access the tank interior for servicing and cleaning.

We use a large capacity strainer allowing the operator to operate the system longer between basket cleaning.
