SteelSkidPro 520 Asphalt Seal Coat Sprayer

Our SteelSkidPro 520 Asphalt Seal Coat Sprayer is a larger version of our 300 gallon Asphalt Seal Coat Sprayer System. If you need more seal coat storage for larger asphalt seal coating jobs, our SteelSkidPro 520 is an excellent choice. Why buy a 500 gallon seal coat spray system somewhere else when you can get one with an extra 20 gallons and a cheaper price tag too?

This is a HAND AGITATED system, please read about the importance of using a Mechanical Agitation System when mixing your sealer.

It comes with all the great features as our SteelSkidPro 300 system including our exclusive Manual Three Paddle Rake Agitation which creates a very uniform seal coat mix. We use our rugged Industrial 5.5 HP Honda Banjo Stainless pump to give you the needed horsepower you need.

This is an ideal asphalt seal coat sprayer for trailer or truck bed installation. As you can see from the picture, we mount our seal coat tank on a full steel skid giving you maximum stability to help eliminate tank overturn. Some competitors asphalt seal coat tanks sit on very small stands, making them potentially dangerous and prone to overturning.

In addition, we include a built in suction port allowing you to draw seal coat from another asphalt seal coat tank which keeps you on the job longer without refill trips and wasting precious time.

These asphalt seal coat sprayers are rugged and built to last and all of the components can be purchased locally if you should need a part for servicing your seal coat system.

We include a 6' aluminum wand with a 80/50 tip installed which will deliver a 5' wide spray pattern at 65PSI when you run your pump at higher RPMs, and 50' of 3/4” 200 PSI oil resistant hose.

A handy Hose and Wand rack is welded to the tank keeping your hose wrapped neatly while not in use and an optional Hose reel (shown) is available as an upgrade for an additional charge. Like our SteelSkidPro 300 seal coat sprayer, we install a 22/22 double splash lid on the tank allowing for easy cleaning and filling.
