Hot Air Lance

Our Hot Air Lance is a High Temperature, High Velocity, Flameless Heat Lance that will easily remove vegetation and flash dry moisture from the pavement allowing the operator to crack seal much faster.

It also allows for superior adhesion of new hot pour sealer because the asphalt crack is flash heated and etched. It delivers up to 3000 Ft velocity per second and has a heat range variation from 400 degrees to 2600 degrees.

This Heat Lance is ideal for the preparation of pavement cracks, potholes and distressed pavement surfaces for repair.
It features separate valves which control the mixture of fuel and compressed air at the point of combustion.

Our Hot Air Lance comes standard with a wheel kit, a 40' hose, LP gas regulator, air regulator gauge, water separator, standard Chicago tank fittings, and abrasion wrap with quick connect fittings.

Note: This lance requires a separate air compressor and propane fuel source.
