Asphalt Oil Spot Sealer

ASD Oil Spot Sealer is designed for sealing oil spots in your asphalt drive before sealcoating.

ASD Asphalt OIL SPOT SEALER is a unique blend of copolymers and surfactants formulated in concentrate form for diluting with water prior to application.

It grabs and seals oil and grease spots on asphalt surfaces to prevent "bleeding" into the cured film of coal tar sealer. Prevents disbonding from the oil spot and will not allow the sealer to peel away from primed areas.

Application:
Brush, roller or spray. One (1) gallon concentrate makes three (3) gallons of ready- to-use sealer/primer.
Note: MINCO OIL SPOT SEALER should be used over sound pavement only. If the area is so saturated that the asphalt is soft or crumbly, it should be dug out and patched with POTHOLE PATCH
Coverage: 175-200 sq. ft. per gallon.
Drying Time: 20-30 minutes.
