Installation:

To ensure you get the lasting benefits of APS Pothole Patch, follow these 3 EASY steps:
1. Prep/Sweep

For ease of workability APS RapidSet should be 60 degrees or warmer.
Remove debris from the area to be filled. Square off the edges of the pothole and discard all loose material. Vertical sides provide a stronger patch.

2. Fill/Pour

Apply APS RapidSet at least 1” thick, compacting each layer. Fill the hole to a height of 1/2” above the surrounding surface. Patches over 1” thick should be applied in no thicker than 2” lifts which must be adequately compacted before additional APS RapidSet is added.

3. Compact/Tamp

Compact the APS RapidSet to a level surface using a tamper or roller if available. Otherwise the patch may be driven over with a vehicle to further pack area. Does not stick to tires so roads can be opened to traffic immediately.
