ASD30: 30 Gallon Melter

Our HS30 crack sealer melter can hold six 50LB blocks of crack fill. Each block comes as a five gallon cube of hard rubberized crack sealer. The ASD30 has no moving parts and needs minimal operating energy.

Our Brush Tanks are durable Polyethylene and are light weight but very durable plastic black molded poly This rugged Poly tank is 36" long x 10" wide x 20" deep and incorporates a lid that is designed to stop water spillage, and is wide enough for a 36" brush, yet still allows squeegee handles to extend out of tank. For smaller Asphalt Crack Filling jobs when you don't really want to fill you larger melter's and pull them around or you don't perform large crack filling jobs, you will find our smaller Asphalt Crack Sealing Kettles adequate and very portable and much easier to handle. The ASD10FK stationary mini melter's will hold approximately 10 gallons of hot rubberized crack filler, comes complete with a thermometer, tank hose, burner and molasses faucet.

This is 200 PSI 3/4" black Goodyear hose that can be purchased by the foot, or by the 50' length. This hose is oil protected and perfect if you use a centrifugal spray system. Were showing 50' here and sells for $1.00 per foot and can be cut to random lengths.
