Asphalt Sealing Sprayer Poly-Skid 325
Our ASD 325 Poly-Skid 325system is ideal for the seal coat professional who demands quality but also needs a full size sealcoat tank system and is on a budget or has weight restrictions.

This system utilizes all of the great features that our Steel Asphalt Sealing Sprayer tanks offer including our Honda Banjo Industrial Cast Iron/Stainless pump, 48" steel spray wand and it even comes with a handy sealcoat hose rack and we mount the tank and pump to a full size steel skid for maximum stability.
These tanks are 1/4" nominal thick black molded and UV protected giving you years of trouble free service.
Our PolySkid system come standard with our "Easy Clean Strainer" assembly (See Picture) which helps eliminate tip plugging, and we build-in a "Suction Port" which allows you to draw sealcoat from another tank or water for pump rinsing allowing for easy clean-up.
The circulation system with this Asphalt Sealing Sprayer works like our other Bi-pass systems circulating sealant at 185 GPM and is a medium pressure spraying system designed for 35 to 65 PSI depending on pump RPM. Read more about Sealcoat Pump Selection .
Hand agitation can be added as well giving you the opportunity to mix your sealcoat both ways.
We offer several sizes of ASD Poly-Skid Sealcoat Sprayers.125, 225, 325 and 525 Gallon. Both systems are identical with the exception of the tank capacity.

Optional Equipment:
Our research tells us that asphalt and coal emulsion will not adhere to polyethylene the same way it does to steel. The polyethylene repels the sealcoat to some degree making it easier to clean after each use.

I just would like to comment on the customer service/great equipment. I was unsure about what or how to get into the business, when I contacted Brad about the business he explained. I talked to Brad for several weeks and it was not like talking to a sales person it was more like talking to someone who knew what I was up against.
I ended up buying my sealcoating equipment as well as my crack filling equipment through him. It has been a great experience, I had some problems at first with the 1/2 inch wand but Brad sent me a 3/4 inch wand and it worked like a charm.

We also know that polyethylene will turn black after several sealcoat fillings but because our tanks are black molded polyethylene they look new for years to come.

This along with the weight and cost differences makes this Asphalt Sealing Sprayer a very good value.
