550 Gallon Hydraulic Agitated Sealcoat Spray System

For the Sealcoat professional who may be wanting upgrade to a hydraulic agitated sealcoat spray system, we offer the ASD550H Hydraulic Pneumatic Line of Skid Systems

These are skid mounted sealcoat spray systems that come complete with all of the features you would expect from a competitors system costing you thousands of dollars more!

These skid mounted tanks are approximate 50" wide X 118" long and come with the below features:

• 550 or 325 gallon steel tank
• Full sweep 15 RPM 4 paddle hydraulic agitation system with 3/8” rubber wiper blades on each paddle for a cleaner tank
• 30 gallon commercial air compressor powered by 13HP Honda or Kohler electric start engine including battery
• 2” air-operated, dual-diaphragm Yamada pump that handles extra heavy sand/additive loads (1.5" on 325 system)
• 100’ hose reel with 6'spray wand. Comes with 100’ of 3/4” 250 psi Goodyear hose.
• Strainer basket
• 20/20” manhole with sand grate, and inner splash lid and gasket
