PolySkid 525 Sealcoating System
The ASD Poly-Skid 525 Sealcoating System offers 525 gallons of sealcoat storage allowing you to stay on the job longer with out refill runs.
Standard features include 50' of 3/4" 200 PSI sprayer hose, our Industrial Sterling 6.5 HP transfer pump, convenient hose storage rack, 48" steel sprayer wand and black molded polyethylene sealcoat tank.

The ASD Poly-Skid Sealcoating System is one of our most popular asphalt sealcoat sprayer systems because of all of the built in features added at no additional cost.
This system has all of the great features that our ASD550 Sealcoating System steel Tanks offer but without the weight or initial cost.
We use special high quality black molded polyethylene tanks and mount them to full steel skids, allowing you to move the sealcoat system from truck to trailer with ease. It only weighs 425 LBS empty!
These tanks are 1/4" nominal thick black molded and UV protected giving you years of trouble free service.
We use brass ball valves and high quality fittings which will give you years of trouble free service from your new Sealcoating System.
Our PolySkid system come standard with out "Easy Clean Strainer" assembly (See Picture) which helps eliminate tip plugging, and we build-in a "Suction Port" which allows you to draw sealcoat from another tank or water for pump rinsing allowing for easy clean-up.
Another great feature of our Poly-Skid sealcoat system is that asphalt and coal emulsion will not adhere to polyethylene as easily as it will steel. This makes clean up faster and easier.
