This crackfilling machine is built to last, holds 15 gallons of hot rubberized crackfiller, comes complete with a stainless steel thermometer, burner and propane hose.
Our ASD15 is the larger version of our ASD10 Asphalt Crack Machine, the only difference is the capacity, weight and it's 7" taller.
Simply fill the melter with up to 125 pounds of direct fire crack filler, light the burner and in about 20 to 25 minutes (Depending on outdoor temperature and wind conditions) your filling asphalt cracks, it's really that easy!
As you can see we use only the highest quality materials including the propane bottle band, which gives you maximum safety while transporting your Asphalt Crack Machine.
In addition to all of the above, the real secret to our crack machine is our machined valve. We take extra measures to make sure our valves are hand fitted and machined so there is minimal sealant leakage after shutdown.
