The ASD10 Asphalt Crack Melter will help you save time and make more money because your able to offer asphalt crack repair while your on the job site. This Asphalt Crack Melter is a "Melting Kettle On Wheels"
This melting kettle design was first introduced more than twenty years ago and was used as a smaller capacity portable crack melter. Over time several additions have been added to the design to create what is today the most efficient way to fill cracks in asphalt using hot pour rubberized crackfill.
This is because this kettle design uses a tubular valve assembly that is attached to a spring loaded handle allowing the operator full control of the valve.
1/8" thick rear steel wheels are used instead of rubber wheels to allow for easy rolling and won't pick-up hot tar like a rubber wheel would, and when the wheels get crackfiller on them, simply melt it off using the torch burner which is included with the kettle.
We offer two sizes, 10 gallon and 15 gallon which are basically the same with the exception of the capacity.

This asphalt crack melter / applicator will save you time by applying Hot Rubberized Melted Crack Sealer directly into the asphalt crack, all you do is keep it full of direct fire sealer and push it!

Our ASD10 crack melter applicators come complete with 4' hose, burner, POL bottle connector and thermometer. All you need is a bottle of propane and you're off and going!
