15 Gallon Blacktop Crack Filler Applicator

Applying Blacktop Crack Filler Sealer is one of the most important things you can do to maintain your asphalt surface. Regular applications of Blacktop Crack Sealer will ensure that moisture, oil and dirt does not penetrate the asphalt surface which will cause the asphalt to deteriorate. Our 15 gallon Blacktop Crack Sealer applicator machine uses any direct fire Blacktop Crack Filler material and easily applies the material in a 3 inch band by melting the material to a 400 degree temperature.

This popular crack filling machine is the larger version of our 10 and 13 gallon Blacktop Crack Filler design and is USA made. It is built tough with 14 gauge steel and 1/4" thick steel wheels. With proper care and maintenance this crackfilling machine will last you many years.

By simply pushing this machine at walking speed on random asphalt cracks you can easily apply crack fill material to the pavement surface repairing the cracks permanently. The built-in manual hand agitation is designed to keep the material stirred and mixed so that it flows evenly out of the valve, and melt any undissolved material.

It's common for this style of melter applicator to use an in-shot burner design which can create a hotspot on the front of the kettles surface. This can also create uneven heating or slower than normal heating. Our 15 gallon Blacktop Crack Sealer machine utilizes a built-in flame diverter which diverts the flame into a circular motion under the material bin and allows for very even heat distribution. It also allows for faster than normal heat-up time which gets you repairing cracks faster.
